Ed has extensive real estate experience as a REALTOR®, investor through formation of JV’s, LLC’s, and LLP’s and as a developer of commercial & residential projects.

Founder/Developer & Current President, CEO & COB for the Tall Pine Corporation, Glen Wild, NY: Ed formed the LLC, purchased 95 acres of land financed through a land contract. His LLC planned a 35 acre upscale subdivision that included engineering & site preparation, planning board approval and the successful marketing and selling of residential building lots on the site. On the remaining 60 acres, his LLC planned and built one single family home currently used for a seasonal rental; they also manage the sale of timber products from the forested portion. 1986 - Present                                                                    

 

Founder & Current Member of BOD for Brown Farms LLC, Warwick, NY: Ed & 3 partners formed the LLC to purchase the house & farm consisting of 100 acres. The farm is currently managed for home and farm rental income and the sale of timber products. 1984 – Present

Numerous homes & rental properties owned & managed:  Ed and his wife, Elyse, have always realized the benefit of investing in real estate. Their interest and ambition over the years drove them into numerous smaller ventures in rental properties and new home construction. Ed’s corporate experience includes 27 years of significant accomplishments in various US, global and international business positions across Asia, Latin America, and Western Europe. His drive, creativeness & strategic orientation combined with his strong, people oriented leadership abilities lead to a proven track record with managing P & L’s to deliver profit growth by increasing market share, rationalizing product portfolios, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business plan development and execution. The companies that he worked with include Monsanto, Velsicol, Sandoz, American Cyanamid, Wyeth, and BASF. His last position included 5+ years living in Tokyo, Japan, as President and Representative Director of a Japanese Subsidiary for BASF.
